By using Phylodex you agree to these plain-language terms. Phylodex is operated by Davis Franklin LLC.

Your uploads. You are responsible for media and metadata you upload, including rights, accuracy, and whether sharing published content complies with applicable laws and the rights of others. Do not upload content you do not have a legitimate reason to store or share.

Your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account except where we have clearly failed to provide reasonable security of the service itself.

Subscriptions and billing. Paid features are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the checkout and customer-portal flows Stripe provides, subject to any plan terms shown at purchase.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse Phylodex—for example, do not attempt to break security, overload systems, scrape in ways that harm the service, or use the product for unlawful harassment or distribution of illegal content.

Service changes. We may update the product and these terms over time. Material changes deserve clear notice where practical; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

This is a launch-oriented starter terms page. Have qualified counsel review it before a broad public launch if you need a full commercial agreement.
